Terms & Conditions

Unless otherwise agreed by us in writing, these conditions of sale apply to all sales entered into by Samco Products Limited and these conditions shall override and supersede any conditions of purchase stipulated by the buyer, unless and to the extent that such conditions of the buyer have been specifically agreed in writing by us.

Payment

Payment is required on placing an order for all cash sale customers. For credit account customers the terms are strictly nett monthly, i.e. payment is due at the end of the month following the date of invoice. Samco Products Limited reserves the right to withdraw credit facilities without prior notice.

Title
Ownership of goods remains with Samco Products Limited until paid for in full.

Prices
Prices quoted are exclusive of VAT. Prices may also exclude packing and carriage unless the order exceeds £75 (exc.VAT). Orders which do not reach this amount will be charged carriage at cost. Prices charged will be those ruling at date of despatch. All previous deals and promotions will end upon publication of the
current catalogue.

Special offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
Products marked XX in the price list are strictly nett prices.

Delivery
We deliver to all areas of mainland UK on a next day basis. Deliveries to Northern Ireland or the Scottish Highlands may be subject to an additional carriage charge and delivery may take up to 3 working days.

To request a price for delivery to Eire, the Channel Islands or overseas, please call +44 1745362500 for an accurate international shipping cost. In claims for shortages or damage the carriers receipt must be endorsed and Samco Products Limited informed in writing within 3 days from goods receipt.

Carriage
Is FREE on all orders over £75 (exc. VAT) or inside van operating areas. Orders under £75 or outside van operating areas will incur carriage charged at cost (exc. VAT).

Faulty Items

Goods returned under complaint will be forwarded to the manufacturer for inspection and report. Goods returned under complaint will not be accepted if they are in a soiled condition, i.e. mud, oil or chemicals.

Cancellation of Logo’d Items

You must cancel your order by giving us notice of cancellation by calling 01745 362500 or emailing sales@samcoproducts.co.uk. All artwork or set-up costs incurred prior to the notice will be charged in full. Changes to artwork, after order confirmation, which incur additional time will also be charged in full. Garments which have already been produced and classed as work in progress prior to cancellation will be invoiced in full.

Samples

Charged in full but are refundable upon receipt through our returns system. Force Majeure We shall have no liability to you for any failure or delay in supply or delivery or for any damage or defect to goods supplied or delivered hereunder that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond reasonable control.

Returns

Will not be accepted without the written consent of Samco Products Limited. Where Samco Products Limited consents to such a return, customer will be issued with the returns documentation. No goods will be accepted for credit without valid returns documentation.

You may return any stock item within 30 days from date of invoice. Goods must be in their original condition and contained within their product packaging and then packed in suitable strong case for transport along with our official returns document.

If you wish to return an item for a refund or exchange, please call us on 01745 362500 or email sales@samcoproducts.co.uk and we will arrange for transport to collect the goods. Please note we may charge for the collection service, please check before returning.

Alternatively, if it is more convenient for you, please take the goods to your local post office and send them back to us (the address is Samco Products Limited, Tir Llwyd Enterprise Park, Kinmel Bay, Rhyl, North Wales, LL18 5JZ).

NB: Returns documentation will be required prior to returning, carriage costs will only be refunded if the goods are faulty up to a maximum of £6.95 (exc.VAT)

Goods supplied to order which are modified or produced to your own specified requirements are NON-REFUNDABLE. We are not responsible for specification errors which arise once the order acknowledgement documentation has been checked and signed off by the customer. Items which are not featured in our current catalogue are deemed as special order and are therefore NONREFUNDABLE unless faulty.

Specification

All products subject to availability. We reserve the right to allow slight variations which create continuous supply or improvements. Every effort is taken to recreate each item, but the colour reproduction is as accurate as modern resolutions will allow.

Samco Products Limited are not responsible for typographical, pricing or other errors and reserves the right to cancel any orders based on such errors.
