- Q What happens if I wish to return something?
Returns, If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 30 days, unused and in its original packaging for a refund or exchange. We recommend that you keep the original packaging until you are sure you intend to keep the goods. Please use packaging which will give a similar level of protection as to when you received the goods to ensure the goods are not damaged on the way back to us. Please include the original picking list or Invoice document. This is your returns ID without this we can not refund.
If you wish to return an item for a refund or exchange, please call us on 01745 362500 or email sales@samcoproducts.co.uk and we will arrange for DPD to pick the goods up from you. Please note we charge for the collection service, please check before returning.
Alternatively if it is more convenient for you please take the goods to your local post office and send them back to us (the address is Samco Products Ltd, Tir Llwyd Enterprise Park, Kinmel Bay, Rhyl, North Wales, LL18 5JZ).
NB: carriage costs will be refunded only if the goods are faulty. Please note that the carriage cost of sending items to you may be more than amount you were charged for delivery (which in most cases is a subsidised cost).
Goods supplied to order which are modified or produced to your own specified requirements, such as corporate logo’s are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Items which feature in our clearance sales are also NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Q Do you supply samples?
Yes. All samples are charged in full and refunded upon return. Does not included logo’d samples which are non-returnable.
- Q Do your prices include the cost of my logo design?
All prices exclude this service.
- Q How fast can you deliver logo’d products?
We average 7-10 days from artwork and order acknowledgement sign off. Sometimes this can expand to 10-14 working days in peak seasons. Please call us on 01745 362500 if you have a very tight deadline.
- Q How does delivery work and how much does it cost?
Delivery We deliver to all areas of mainland UK and Northern Ireland.
Request a price for delivery to Eire, the Channel Islands or overseas. Please call +44 01745362500 for an accurate International shipping cost.
Standard Products - Each product has its own delivery timescale, as a general rule of thumb Samco Products Ltd deliver next day to mainland UK, providing the order is received by 4.00pm and the item is in stock. This only applies to non-logo’d products.
Logo’d Products - Personalised garments can average 7 -10 working days from artwork and order acknowledgement sign off. Sometimes this can expand to 10-14 working days in peak seasons. Please call us on 01745362500 if you have a very tight deadline. For more info about our logo service call us.
Carriage is FREE on all orders over £50 (exc VAT) or within our van operating areas. Order value from 0-£20 carriage is charges at £2.46 and £20-£49.99 incur a carriage charge of £3.29 exc VAT or which are outside van operating areas. This charge will be added at the checkout unless the product specifically mentions free carriage or a different carriage charge. Items can be collected from our Kinmel Bay Trade Counter, our sales department will ring to confirm the availability of an item
There will be just one carriage charge for your total order, regardless of how many items you purchase. This is fully refundable in the event of your goods being faulty or not as described*. For Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland, the total carriage is £20. Delivery in these regions may take 3 working days.
Your order will be sent by DPD. DPD deliver between 9am and 5pm but will send a text message or email to change the delivery time and or address. However if you are not in when they try to deliver, they will leave a card letting you know there has been an unsuccessful delivery attempt and giving you a number to call to rearrange delivery or an address from which you can collect the parcel. You can type a message in the delivery section, at the end of the order, should you wish the parcel to be left without a signature i.e. at the rear of your property or next door etc. Please note we can not accept responsibility for lost goods which are delivered and left without a signature as instructed by the customer.
In the case of shortage or damage the carriers receipt must be endorsed and Samco Products Ltd informed within 3 days from goods receipt.
- Q What guarantee do you give?
Our guarantee - We want you to be delighted with the products you buy from us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 30 days, unused and in its original packaging for a refund or exchange. We recommend that you keep the original packaging and transport packaging until you are sure you intend to keep the goods. Please include the original picking list or Invoice document which is your returns ID, without this we can not refund. Please note carriage costs will be refunded only if the goods are faulty or if they differ in any way from the goods advertised. See Delivery and returns for more details.
Goods supplied to order which are modified or produced to your own specified requirements, such as corporate logo’s are NON-REFUNDABLE. We are not responsible for specification errors which arise once the order acknowledgement documentation has been checked and signed off by the customer.
- Q What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards. Your card will be charged on despatch of the goods to you.
- Q Can we open a credit account?
Sorry, we can not open accounts for individuals but can for organisations, please complete the “credit account form” and return it, to Samco Products Ltd, Kinmel Bay, Rhyl, North Wales, LL18 5JZ, or e:mail Sales@samcoproducts.co.uk or Fax 01745 362501. Credit checks will be completed before an account is authorised.
- Q Will you send me junk emails?
Absolutely not. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will only send you further information about our products if you request it at the point of registering or ordering.
- Q How do I cancel my order?
If you change your mind about anything you order, you can cancel the order as long as we have not already dispatched it. Please call us on 01745 362500 or sales@samcoproducts.co.uk If you have already received the goods, you can return them to us within 30 days unused and in their original packaging for a full refund.

- Q How do I change my personal details?
If you wish to change any of your details (address, email address, telephone etc), please click on 'Account' at the top of the page and you will be able to make as many amendments as you wish.
- Q What happens if I have any problems using the website?
We're open 8am to 5.00pm Monday - Thursday and 8am-4.00pm on a Friday, so don't hesitate to call 01745 362500.

- Q I have forgotten my password
Go to the Forgotten Password page and enter your email address. We will then email your password to this address. Alternatively call our customer service on 01745 362500.
