When it comes to the branding of company workwear, we at Samco are the experts. Our in-house embroidery and heat transfer badging service can support your brand identity with your employees, suppliers and customers.
Its quick and easy to have your workwear and accessories heat sealed or embroidered with your company logo.
You can even add the employee’s name for that personal touch.
At Samco we can decorate a wide range of garments and accessories including Polo Shirts, fleeces, caps and t-shirts, we can even brand safety helmets!
Add your logo
Many of the workwear products can be branded with your logo via heat transfer or direct embroidery. This is done in-house in Kinmel Bay to keep total control of the process and avoid delays in receiving your items.
Manpacking Service
Samco also offer a wearer packaging service for personalised garments, all decorated garments plus additional purchases such as footwear etc can be specifically packed for your employees. samco will fully label and send directly to the individual wearer or department of your choice.
NEW! DTF (Direct to film)
Here at Samco we are always looking for new ways to grow and improve our services. The most recent being the introduction of our new Direct-to-Film (DTF) machine.
With its innovative transfer technology we are now able to produce stunning full colour transfers effortlessly making light work of even the most intricate design.

Follow these 3 steps for your personalised garments:
1. Supply your logo
You can email us an electronic file, such as an eps, jpeg or tif to sales@samcoproducts.co.uk, or send us a printed version*, like a letterhead or business card to create a template.
*Electronic file required for heat transfer.
2. Choose your position
There are a number of places you can have your logo or name. (The general positioning for branding is left breast), however feel free to discuss your specific requirements.
3. Approval and delivery
Samco will provide a sample swatch for approval, once you are happy we will complete your initial order in 10-14 working days and subsequent orders within 7-10 days.
